FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

How many are needed to run a  cotton candy machine?
1 adult must be in charge of the cotton candy machine at all times.

Where can you set a moonwalk up?
We prefer to set the moonwalks  up on grass, but concrete or asphalt are acceptable as well. Sticks and rocks must be cleared from the area before we arrive.

What if it rains?
For safety reasons, we cannot put the moonwalk up in the rain. If we don’t put the moonwalk up, then there’s no charge.

I’ve heard  moonwalks are dangerous. How safe are they?
Moonwalks are very safe, as long as all the rules are followed and common sense is used. They must be supervised at all times, and the rules must be enforced! In other words, USE COMMON SENSE.

Does the blower have to run all the time?
Yes, the blower keeps the inflatable moonwalk inflated. As long as all riders have exited safely, the blower can be unplugged to deflate the moonwalk. This is sometimes necessary  to give the adult supervisors a break and to let the children take a breather.

How many children can bounce at a time?
   (As a general guideline)
Ages 2 to 8....... 6 to 8 children (depending on size)
  Ages 9-12......... 5 to 7 children
